Shipping:

We offer shipping within the U.S.  All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping and Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier that is available for your area and which one you choose at checkout.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.

Undeliverable packages will be subject to additional charges.

Returns:

If you don’t love your purchase, you can simply return your items within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost.

Contact us at info@ecocottonthreads.com to receive a return form to include with your return shipment. We will respond to your email within 48 hours with a return form and return mailing address.

We do not refund original shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way.

For items returned in original condition within 14 days, a credit will be issued on the credit card used for purchase of the item(s). Please allow up to two billing cycles for your statement to reflect the credit.
